WZK Two-Way Diverter Valve

The Coperion WZK dual channel diverter valve is specially designed for powders and granular products. The unit has an asymmetric design with approximately 35° angle suitable for distributing and collecting in pneumatic conveying lines and in gravity applications. The WZK is Coperion’s original world-wide top selling diverter valve.

The WZK is designed to have an explosion pressure shock proof: 10 bar(g) [145 psi(g)], due to heavy duty design, pressure assisted seals and with an operation temperature up to 100°C [212°F]


WRK Two-Way Diverter

The Coperion WRK Two-Way Diverter Valve is ideally suited for powders and granular products for pressures up to 4 bar(g) [58 psi(g)]. Material of construction is cast iron with wear protection rings made of ceramic. Accumulation of product in impact zones provides effective wear protection.


ZRD Hygienic Rotary Valve

Coperion's ZRD sanitary rotary valves are used in pneumatic conveying systems and for the discharge of powdered and granular materials. The certified versions of the ZRD series of rotary valves are equipped with the innovative and service-proven FXS (Full Access System), which enables easy withdrawal of the rotor, as both end plates can be swung out through an angle of more than 90°, making the interior of the rotary valve fully accessible. The withdrawn rotor can then be readily detached from the end plate.

Sanitary Design

ZRD Rotary Valve

The Coperion ZRD rotary valve is specially designed for food, mineral, plastics and chemical applications. The valve is engineered for heavy-duty industrial service with pressure differentials up to 21 psi(g) [1.5 bar(g)] and temperatures up to 212°F [100°C]; higher temperature options are available. The ZRD is often used as a discharging and metering valve for conveying products in powder and granular form.

The HD Aerolock rotary valve is engineered for heavy duty industrial service and high volumetric efficiency at up to 1.0 bar [15 PSI] pressure differential. The HD conveys a broad range of products in the plastics, chemicals, minerals and food industries. The HD Aerolock is used to handle pellets and granular products, and will meter powder materials at over 100,000 lbs./hr.

Vacuum Sequencing Receivers

Coperion K-Tron vacuum sequencing central receivers are designed to high quality standards for pneumatically conveying powders, pellets and granular materials for the bulk material handling industries.

Conveying rates range from 327 kg/hr to 6,804 kg/hr [720 lbs/hr to 15,000 lbs/hr].
